Exactly 2×2 inches (51×51 mm), which is 600×600 px at 300 dpi for digital submission. Head height must be 1–1⅜ in (25–35 mm).
What size is a UK or Schengen passport photo?
35×45 mm. The head must measure 70–80% of the image height, and the background must be plain light grey or white with no shadows.
Can I retouch an official ID photo?
For passports and government IDs, no — only cropping, scaling and minor exposure correction are allowed. For CV and application photos, light retouching is normally fine.
